The first official Eventex Awards dedicated to events and their partners were hosted last week.
The Balkan Music Awards won the prestigious 3rd place in the category “Entertainment event” during the ceremony, organized in Rainbow Plaza. The Awards organized by Balkanika Music Television have proven their strong acceptance by the public and professionals in a competition with over 13 different events, taken place during the year. The prize was accepted personally by the president of the media group - Viktor Kasamov.

Today 16.01.2012, the Balkan music academy starts voting.
Each member of the Balkan Music Academy shall nominate 5 songs from the selected 10 songs from the categories “Best Song in the Balkans for each and every country for 2011” and selected 20 songs from the category "Best Music Video in the Balkans for 2011", by filling in an online survey. The 5 songs, which have obtained the highest number of votes, are to be nominated for the Balkan Music Awards 2012.
The nominations and the beginig of the online voting by the fans, will officially be anounced in February, on a special event organized by Balkanika Music Television.
